Every piece is made to order and takes three to four weeks. That is the time real handwork needs: firing, glazing, hand-cutting each piece and laying the pattern, then drying before framing. You get a link to follow your panel through every stage.
With tracked and insured couriers. A flat delivery contribution of €29.95 per order applies. Every panel ships as one piece, packed solid in a reinforced box.
Any import duties or taxes outside our shipping region are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Ceramic is fragile and we pack it solid and ship it insured. If a panel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with clear photos of the panel and the packaging, and we remake or refund it. This covers transit damage only; damage from incorrect mounting or a drop after delivery is not covered.
Because each piece is personalised, we cannot take change-of-mind returns. Anything faulty or not as agreed is always put right at our cost.
